As a local event photographer, I have the privilege of capturing the magic of the Bearcat Regiment—Aledo High School’s Marching Band—during their Friday night football games, halftime shows, and most importantly, at Marching Contests like the Bands of America events. My service is entirely free, a way to give back to the community, parents, educators, and most importantly, the students who dedicate countless hours to being part of something extraordinary.
Each week, I focus on delivering high-resolution, creative, and photojournalistic images that highlight the energy, discipline, and joy of these young musicians. I aim to celebrate every student who contributes their time after school to work toward a shared goal. Marching Band isn't just about the music—it’s about teamwork, building a strong work ethic, and learning the values of both individual achievement and collective success. Research shows that strong marching band programs foster the development of essential life skills such as leadership, discipline, and time management.
The memories made in these moments are priceless, and it’s my goal to help you cherish them for years to come. Whether it’s a touchdown celebration, a flawless halftime performance, or the thrill of competition, these moments bring the community together and highlight the incredible achievements of our young people.
To continue providing this free service, I offer high-resolution prints for purchase on my website and accept tips via Venmo (@photo817). Contributions help offset the expenses of running a website, maintaining camera equipment, and ensuring the highest quality photography for your families.
Thank you for supporting not just your children in their musical journey but also for supporting a local photographer dedicated to celebrating their accomplishments. Your generosity helps make this possible, and together, we can ensure these memories live on forever.
